Hi, I'm Meghan! I'm a Certified Nurse Midwife and single mom to 2 beautiful souls. I feel like everyone facing puberty and pregnancy has one thing in common-FEAR. Fear of the unknown, fear of change, and a fear of the life that you know becoming different. My goal is to make these shifts not so scary by providing information in a fun, dynamic way so that when those transitions happen they don't seem so overwhelming. Throughout my career I have educated thousands of young girls and couples about their changing bodies and evidence based practices surrounding childbirth, let me be there for you when you most need it! We've all been given unsolicited pregnancy/ parenting advice, or had a horror story about our periods so I'm here to clear the air and give parents the tools they need to help them or their daughters blossom through puberty, pregnancy, and parenthood.

Puberty and Sex Education Courses
This course is best for 8-12 year old girls to learn all about their changing bodies. What is happening, why it's happening, and how to take care of themselves during this transition. We focus on positive body image, being kind, and having a safe person to talk to with any questions they may have amongst many other necessary topics!
****We do not cover Reproduction in this course****
THIS Course IS FOR Early MIDDLE-SCHOOL AGED GIRLS and Boys IN ORDER TO LEARN ALL ABOUT "THE BIRDS AND THE BEES." TALKING ABOUT WHERE BABIES COME FROM CAN BE AN AWKWARD CONVERSATION, SO LET ME (a trusted medical professional) DO IT FOR YOU!
We Cover a brief puberty review, Female/Male Reproductive anatomy, Reproduction, Abstinence, emotional attachment, Consent, Tech Safety and finding a trusted adult.
****Birth control and Std/sti's are not covered in this course****
